Cycle

28-day protocol replicating Phase 2 clinical-trial parameters to support nerve regeneration and metabolic repair.

PTSEALEDARA-29010 MGLYOPHILIZED

Protocols

  • Nerve repair & metabolic recoveryrecommended

    The standard 28-day cycle from the clinical-trial parameters.

Dosing

  • 4 mg once daily, 7 days a week, for 28 consecutive days
  • 1 mg is considered insufficient and 8 mg adds no benefit

Route & timing

Route: Subcutaneous: abdominal fat pad or outer thigh.

Timing: First thing in the morning before food, or just before bed if nocturnal nerve pain is the main concern.

Reconstitution

  • 10 mg vial + 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water = 10 mg/mL
  • 4 mg = 0.4 mL = 40 units on a U-100 syringe
  • 12 vials for the full 112 mg (pooling leftovers); 2.5 doses per vial

concentration = 10 / 1 = 10 mg/mL
per unit = 10 / 100 = 0.1 mg
units = 4 / 0.1 = 40
mL = 40 / 100 = 0.4
doses per vial = 10 / 4 = 2.5
pooled vials = ceil(4 x 28 / 10) = 12
discard vials = ceil(28 / floor(2.5)) = 14

Stability

Refrigerate (36-46 °F). Use within 3-4 days of mixing. Swirl gently; do not shake.

Off-cycle

8-12 weeks off before another cycle.

Why:

  • Receptor reset: continuous use downregulates the innate repair receptors.
  • Carrying effect: benefits are described as persisting 12+ weeks after the cycle.

Stacking rules

  • Never draw into the same syringe as another compound; use separate syringes and distinct injection sites.
  • With TA1: ARA-290 on one side of the abdomen, TA1 on the other.
