• 500-1000 IU per week as 250-500 IU micro-doses, 2-3 times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Mon/Thu)

Route: Subcutaneous or intramuscular: abdomen or glute.

Timing: Morning, alongside or just before the main optimisation protocol.

• 5000 IU vial + 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water = 2500 IU/mL (25 IU/unit)
• 250 IU = 10 units, 500 IU = 20 units
• 20 doses of 250 IU or 10 of 500 IU per vial

Refrigerate (36-46 °F). Use within 30-45 days. Do not shake.

Continuous when used as maintenance; 4-6 weeks if part of a post-cycle reset.

Why:

• High chronic doses can desensitise LH receptors.
• High doses raise intratesticular estradiol.

• Never draw into the same syringe as another compound; use separate syringes and distinct injection sites.
