PTSEALEDNAD+1,000 MGLYOPHILIZED

Protocols

  • 6 weeks, 3 shots a week in maintenance

    Upper end of the guide's maintenance range (2-3 times per week).

  • 6 weeks, 2 shots a week in maintenancerecommended

    Default: the guide gives 2-3 times per week, and the lower end is the gentler place to start.

Dosing

  • Days 1-3: 25 mg to test tolerance
  • Weeks 1-2: 50 mg daily or every other day
  • Weeks 3-6: 100 mg, 2-3 times per week

Route & timing

Route: Subcutaneous into a well-cushioned fat pad; outer glute or hip preferred over the abdomen.

Timing: First thing in the morning; evening doses may disrupt sleep.

Reconstitution

  • 1000 mg vial + 5.0 mL bacteriostatic water = 200 mg/mL (use a 3-5 mL syringe to add the water)
  • 25 mg = 12.5 units, 50 mg = 25 units, 100 mg = 50 units
  • 10 maintenance doses per vial; 2-3 vials for 6 weeks

concentration = 1000 / 5 = 200 mg/mL
per unit = 200 / 100 = 2 mg
units = 25 / 2 = 12.5
mL = 12.5 / 100 = 0.125
doses per vial = 1000 / 25 = 40
pooled vials = ceil(25 x 17 / 1000) = 1
discard vials = ceil(17 / floor(40)) = 1

Stability

Refrigerate (36-46 °F). Use within 28-30 days of first puncture. Do not shake.

Off-cycle

6-8 weeks off after a 6-week cycle.

Why:

  • Continuous supplementation may suppress the body's own NAMPT salvage pathway.

Stacking rules

  • Never draw into the same syringe as another compound; use separate syringes and distinct injection sites.
  • Keep NAD+ in the glute/hip; ARA-290 and TA1 go in the abdomen.
  • Push the plunger over 20-30 seconds to reduce burning.
