Cycle

Targets cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane to improve ATP production and reduce oxidative stress.

PTSEALEDSS-3150 MGLYOPHILIZED

Protocols

  • Mitochondrial rejuvenationrecommended

    The guide's standard cycle; run 2-3 times a year.

Dosing

  • 40 mg once daily (range 20-40 mg) for 20-30 days; 25 days used for 1,000 mg total

Route & timing

Route: Subcutaneous: abdominal fat pad or outer thigh.

Timing: First thing in the morning, or 30-45 minutes before a workout.

Reconstitution

  • 50 mg vial + 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water or saline = 50 mg/mL
  • 40 mg = 0.8 mL = 80 units
  • 20 vials for 25 days; 1.25 doses per vial, leftovers pooled (4 leftovers = 1 dose)

concentration = 50 / 1 = 50 mg/mL
per unit = 50 / 100 = 0.5 mg
units = 40 / 0.5 = 80
mL = 80 / 100 = 0.8
doses per vial = 50 / 40 = 1.25
pooled vials = ceil(40 x 25 / 50) = 20
discard vials = ceil(25 / floor(1.25)) = 25

Stability

Refrigerate (36-46 °F). Use within 7 days. Swirl gently.

Off-cycle

12-16 weeks off; typically 2-3 cycles a year.

Why:

  • Diminishing returns once cardiolipin is stabilised.
  • Benefits are described as persisting after the cycle.

Stacking rules

  • Never draw into the same syringe as another compound; use separate syringes and distinct injection sites.
  • Applies to MOTS-c and NAD+ as well.
