Protocols

  • Routine immune supportrecommended

General longevity and thymic support; usually run twice a year (before winter and in spring).

  • Acute immune stress

During acute viral or immune stress.

Dosing

  • 1.5 mg per injection, twice a week (e.g. Mon/Thu) for 5 weeks: 10 doses
  • Alternative acute protocol: 1.5 mg daily for 14 days

Route & timing

Route: Subcutaneous: abdominal fat pad or outer thigh.

Timing: Any time; evenings before bed are preferred.

Reconstitution

  • 10 mg vial + 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water = 5 mg/mL
  • 1.5 mg = 0.3 mL = 30 units
  • 2 vials for the 15 mg protocol; ~6.7 doses per vial

doses per vial = 10 / 1.5 = 6.667
pooled vials = ceil(1.5 x 10 / 10) = 2
discard vials = ceil(10 / floor(6.667)) = 2

Stability

Refrigerate upright (36-46 °F). Use within 21 days. Roll or swirl; do not shake.

Off-cycle

12-16 weeks off. Typically run twice a year (before winter and in spring).

Why:

    Stacking rules

    • Never draw into the same syringe as another compound; use separate syringes and distinct injection sites.
    • Inject into a different area of fat than ARA-290.
